Custom Design Policy
Each Heirloom Heritage Scarf is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted exclusively for you. We work closely with every client throughout the design process to ensure your vision, colors, artwork, and details are carefully reviewed before production begins.
Because every scarf is custom-made and personalized, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Our goal is to create a piece you’ll treasure for years to come, and we’ll make every effort to ensure every detail is accurate before your final design approval.
To ensure every order arrives beautifully presented and protected, a flat $8 shipping and packaging fee is applied to all orders.

For added security, signature confirmation is available upon request. Unless signature confirmation is selected, Caliwood is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
